School-to-Life Transition Program

MARC’s School-to-Life program prepares students for their approaching adult roles. We begin working with families, Boards of Education, and individual PPT teams as early as age 14 on a consultative basis and students may begin participating in adult transition programs as early as age 16. By age 21, some students may be attending full time or nearly full time as they approach graduation. We offer school-year programs and summer program options. These may include instruction and experience in life skills training, job readiness skills, paid employment, volunteer employment, community integration, and more.

· Paid and unpaid assessments.

· Written evaluations.
